How We Started
City Barn Realty was born in Greenpoint, Brooklyn — a neighborhood that embodies the spirit of New York: gritty, creative, and full of possibility. Founder Henry Schiller spent years watching clients get lost in the noise of big-box brokerages, receiving generic advice and impersonal service. He set out to build something different.
Today, City Barn Realty operates as a boutique firm with deep roots in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Long Island. Every client works directly with Henry or a hand-selected member of our team — never passed off to a junior agent or lost in a pipeline.
